The 2010 Aerospace Journalist of the Year Awards Dinner & Presentation Ceremony will take place at the Park Lane Hotel in London on 18 July

The 2010 Aerospace Journalist of the Year Awards Dinner & Presentation Ceremony will take place in the Ballroom of the Park Lane Hotel, Piccadilly, London on the evening of 18th July.

The 2010 Farnborough International Airshow will open on the following morning.

ATTENDANCE AS AN ENTRANT

All shortlisted entrants automatically receive complimentary invitations to attend the Gala Dinner and Presentation Ceremony.

ATTENDANCE AS A CORPORATE GUEST

Corporate guests can attend the Gala Dinner and Presentation Ceremony (subject to availability) at a cost of £180 (plus VAT where applicable) per guest. This cost includes cocktails, dinner, wine and a copy of the Commemorative Book for each guest.

Simply send us a brief letter, fax or e-mail, giving the names and titles of the guests who wish to attend, and we will mail you an invoice.

ATTENDANCE AS A CORPORATE SUPPORTER

Corporate Supporters receive their own exclusive tables, seating up to ten guests per table. Corporate Supporters pay a single, fully inclusive charge of £1,750 per table (plus VAT where applicable). This cost includes cocktails, dinner, wine, entertainment and a copy of the Commemorative Book for each guest.

To become a corporate supporter, please send us a brief letter, fax or e-mail detailing the number of corporate tables you wish to reserve, and we will mail you an invoice by return.

ATTENDANCE AS A CORPORATE SPONSOR

Corporate sponsors receive an extensive package of benefits. If your organisation is interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact us by fax, letter or e-mail and we shall be pleased to send you details by return.

BOOKING POLICY

Seats and tables at the Aerospace Journalist of the Year Awards Dinner & Presentation Ceremony usually sell out well in advance of the event. We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of sponsorship arrangements must be made in writing to the organisers at least 180 days prior to the event. Cancellations of table or place bookings must be made in writing to the organisers at least 30 days prior to the event.

REFUND POLICY

For cancellations of sponsorship arrangements made more than 180 days prior to the event, a full refund will be made. No refund will be made in respect of cancellations received less than 180 days prior to the event.
